Future in the past
Future in the past
When we look back at what the future was once, do we usually use past verbs forms?
Thinking about the past and placing ourselves in the past and looking at the future from that moment in the past, do we use WILL or another word in its place?
Does Will become Would?
Does be going to become was/were going to?
Do tenses change by going back one tense?
Will you go to the cinema this weekend?
Did you know as a child that you would be doing what you are doing now?
Could we have ever imagined that we would have such advances today?
Are you going to go to work tomorrow?
Where were you going to do yesterday when I saw you on high street?
